3CX is an IP PBX system for Windows that offers a very robust set of features. When the hosted PBX features are not enough for your business needs, 3CX is a great alternative that can be used past pocket-size to large companies.

Your first step will be creating a SIP Trunk in Ivy, afterwards you lot can configure your 3CX.
